Who in our country is eligible to become a lokpal?

Who in our country is eligible to become a lokpal, who even after being super powerful remains honest and eradicates corruption from our country?

That’s the reason we need strict laws…those who are big old players in corruption may not be much effected by this, but at least starters will take the lesson and will be de motivated  by this.

Gradually the number of corrupt people will reduce!

And also there is a proverb…melon changes color with other melon.

If today Kalmadi and others are punished strictly, then corruption may happen in future, but they will be very conscious while doing it….and not in open as it happens today…
